At Pamela Scott, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return any unworn items with original tags attached within 30 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items you wish to return back into their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags and labels remain intact and undamaged.

  Complete the Form

  Fill out the returns form included in your original delivery, specifying the reason for return and whether you prefer a refund or an exchange.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service or courier collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
